- One entry per person. No purchase, quote or booking required to enter or to win
- Entries close at 11:59pm on September 22, 2026
- Five winners, one per prize, are drawn at random on September 24, 2026 and contacted by phone or email within 2 business days
- The company providing each prize coordinates scheduling directly with that prize's winner
- Prizes must be scheduled in October 2026 and are redeemed by October 24, 2026

Official rules
No purchase necessary to enter or win. Open to legal residents of Cambridge, Kitchener, Waterloo and Guelph, Ontario, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Limit one entry per person; duplicate entries will be removed before the draw. Entries must be received by 11:59pm ET on September 22, 2026. Five winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries on or about September 24, 2026, one for each prize below, and notified by the phone number or email address provided within 2 business days. The five prizes are: a house clean covering floor and surface detailing up to 1,000 square feet (ShineCo Cleaning); a room refresh covering wall patching and fresh paint for one room up to 120 square feet (BB Carpentry Inc.); fall lawn aerating and overseeding up to 1,000 square feet (Andy's Custom Contracting); a $100 gift certificate redeemable for any property maintenance service from BB Carpentry Inc., ShineCo Cleaning or Andy's Custom Contracting; and a $50 gift certificate on the same terms. Each prize must be scheduled with the providing company during October 2026 and is void if not redeemed by October 24, 2026. Prizes have no cash alternative and are not transferable. Each winner's prize is scheduled directly with the company providing it. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Employees, owners, and immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, or sibling) of BB Carpentry Inc., ShineCo Cleaning, and Andy's Custom Contracting are not eligible to enter or win. If a selected winner cannot be reached within 5 business days of the initial notification attempt, that prize will be awarded to an alternate winner selected at random from the remaining eligible entries. By accepting a prize, each winner releases BB Carpentry Inc., ShineCo Cleaning, Andy's Custom Contracting, and Inside & Out Property Maintenance Group from any liability for loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in this draw or use of the prize, except to the extent caused by the providing company's negligence.
